You’ll know what your clients need to get the result, what you need to have a coaching career you’ll love, and you’ll have the clarity to understand what you need to get excellent at to produce incredible results.
In the Application chapter, you will utilise the key findings from your A-AP, namely your Main Thing, to identify, address, solve and document each of your core skills that you need to master in order to truly become an excellent coach. Following the steps, you’ll have clarity on your business model and your core delivery processes. It will capture the ‘blueprint’ of your core product into a simple one-page document, giving you the opportunity to drastically improve your productivity, effectiveness, and organisation. If you have staff, it will also provide them with a chance to understand what your core product values and how to apply them to their own job responsibilities.
Finally, you’ll also learn how to create a schedule which allows you to find time for the most important work.
